There are many various types of diet foods. Generally this sort of product is of reduced sugar but still sweet.
When people think about diet menus, they probably decide limitation for total calories or
how many times do they eat or do they exercise for using up energy from the food.
I think this is appreciable with a realistic dieting menu itself.
However from my experience I think the real solution for dieting is not thinking about the good diet menu
like what you have to eat or how you have to eat.
But I think the real solution is controlling your mind for not eating too much.
I have experienced many times like this, eating too much because of the minds mental state
causing fat too appear, and when mind is ok and fat levels are down…..
First, you should understand that eating too much is not related being hungry.
When people concentrate on something, sometimes they will forget about eating.
So eating and mind condition is really a close relationship.
The greater part of people who eat too much are compensating their feelings by over eating.
They should satisfy their mind in a different way to stop over eating.
If you can change your mind, at least you won’t eat too much.
As the dieting menu, recommended food is Japanese food.
The Japanese meals are low fat and low in calories such as boiled food, vinegared dishes,
mixed dishes, and pottery with rice that sometimes never even uses oil.
European food uses lots of fat such as butter, whipped cream and olive oil compared with it.
First of all you should choose Japanese food for dieting.
A meal of the Japanese food is suitable as it contains abundant ingredients of dietary fiber
such as vegetables and sea algae.
Because dietary fiber works to exhaust extra fat inside of the body it is good for dieting menu.
There are noodles in the Japanese food too. If you eat noodles for dieting, then buckwheat is
the most suitable.
The calorie in this is not different from in rice , but rice is not nourishment balanced
itself and it needs to be eaten with other foods as well.
So as a result total calories will be raised.
However buckwheat contains abundant protein compared with white rice and flour and
the score of amino acid is very high and minerals and vitamins are in excellent degree as well.
We can get good nourishment balance from it.
In addition 4~7% of buckwheat flour is dietary fiber which is more than two times more than white flower
and 8 times more than rice.
The Japanese might have been an expert of the dieting menu for a long time when
seeing this.
