There are many various types of diet foods. Generally this sort of product is of reduced sugar but still sweet.
It is often said in how to diet perfectly is to restrict eating and to exercise.
However in reality this is not so easy I think people tend to ignore their inside situation.
Why do people eat too much?
This can be explained by stress levels particularly in women.
From my experience my own weight swings up and down.
When I am exposed to stress I will eat and when I notice I am 6 to 7 kilograms heavier.

Walking is recommended for moderate exercise.
Walking will exercise the whole body and it is aerobic.
Lots of people think that heavy exercise is useful for diet however light exercise
that is also aerobic can just as effective in burning fat and as a result is far more recommended.
However because it takes about 20 minutes for combustion to start burning fat you need to sustain
this exercise longer than 20 minutes.
First walk until refreshed and without much thought behind it
(i.e. you think you have to walk a long time).
When you notice you can walk a long time you will impact your diet as well.
I know this ultimate diet method from my friend.
This is by checking ones weight 10 times a day.
People may think is that all but it is all that is required.
One day I told my friend "I am thinking of starting a diet".
My friend asked me how many kilograms I wanted to reduce.
But as I never check my weight I answered my friend
“I don’t know but when I am not on a diet my clothes tighten on me.”
My friend exaggerated and replied to me
“What are you talking about, the most important thing in a diet is to know your weight.
You have to see your real weight in order to visualize your desired weight.”
In addition she also said “if you check your weight 10 times a day you will conscientiously diet.
You can enjoy your weight loss when you see it”.
I heard this and I thought it sounds true because if people see their weight ten times a day
people they will be more reluctant to eat.
As a result I weighed myself and it was quite a shock.
I realized that I don’t want to see my weight 10 times a day as my weight was depressing.
I think that my mind is not strong enough to diet this way.
I think diet is very hard and requires a very strong mind.
